We have developed a protocol of measures to ensure a safe space

At Hotel Pacoche Murcia we take the safety of all our clients and employees very seriously. To this end we put into practice a series of actions that offer an experience with the greatest possible security before, during and after the visit of all hotel guests.

We control secure access

When entering our facilities we have hydroalcoholic gels and disinfectant mats. In addition, at check-in we take the temperature of all our customers.

We offer alternatives for a safer arrival

Before your arrival we offer you the option to check in online from our web booking platform. We also offer a transfer service to the airport or train station by means of a transfer and private taxis.

Covid-free space

We take care that our facilities are disinfected at all times. Our staff follows strict temperature control and sanitary checks. We disinfect common areas daily, we reduce the capacity of the cafeteria and meeting room, we also offer room service facilities and we maintain contact with our clients to activate the sanitary protocol if necessary with the local authorities.

A safe breakfast

In our cafeteria we have doubled our efforts to minimize the health risk. Reduction of the capacity at all times, fragmentation into hourly shifts when the occupation requires it, disinfection of hands before entering the cafeteria, elimination of products in the open air, use of walking directions in the buffet area and service to tables with our staff.

Disinfected rooms

The most important place in the hotel is the private spaces of each client. We have taken great care to ensure that each client "premieres" a room. We carry out a disinfection of the whole room after each use, we leave it in quarantine for 48 hours to guarantee its security, in addition, we have eliminated the paperwork, the room trash (leaving only the toilet) and we offer hydroalcoholic gel to our customers. All the textiles in the room are washed after the use of each reserve at 60º with the Limpink quality seal.
