Charging for your reservation: Your reservation has been paid for. If you would like any additional extras to your room, you can book them and pay for them on arrival. For your registration we may ask you for a valid credit card as a security method for your future extras. You can pay the outstanding items by cash or credit card. Traveler's checks, personal checks or cash in foreign currency are not accepted for payment.

Changes to your reservation: You can change the details of your reservation as long as you are within the time limit for each type of fare. To do this you must write an email to our email. You can call reception to ask about future changes and the validity of the changes.

Cancellations: Depending on the type of rate, cancellations may incur cancellation fees. As a general rule, a reservation can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the date of entry. If you have booked on another special rate type, you may be charged 100% of the reservation if you cancel less than 30 days in advance. For more information see the cancellation conditions here.
