Over the past four years, Hotel Pacoche Murcia has undergone a period of profound transformation, driven by a single goal: to offer our guests the best possible experience with every visit.

We have renovated and refurbished our parking lot, adding two charging stations for electric vehicles, because we believe that sustainability begins the moment you arrive. As part of our commitment to the environment, we have eliminated plastic bottles, switching to water in cardboard containers, and have installed energy management systems, renewable energy sources, and water-saving devices.

Our facilities have also undergone changes; we’ve added new areas such as the Bike Station and the gift shop, and we’ve completely renovated the lobby, reception area, meeting room, and café, creating spaces that are more welcoming, modern, and functional. In addition, the café has extended its hours to offer lunch and dinner service.

Innovation has also been key to this evolution; we have significantly improved the quality of our Wi-Fi, installed an interactive kiosk at the front desk, placed informational tablets in common areas, and equipped our rooms with an IPTV system.

Added to all this are the use of scent marketing throughout the property and premium amenities in the guest rooms, because it’s the little details that turn a stay into a memorable experience.
